Jason Dones

Jason Dones is a Juris Doctor Candidate at American University in Washington D.C., where he focuses on state and federal energy regulation and issues of federalism.

Before pursuing his J.D., Jason worked in the Texas State Senate, San Antonio City Hall, and as an organizer for political campaigns and non-profit initiatives in his hometown.

He grew up in San Antonio, Texas, and is a proud graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. Before falling in love with public service, Jason researched nuclear physics under amazing principal investigators at UC Berkeley, CERN, and SwRI.
